Lighting Installer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Full-time, year-round position on our lighting installation team - making homes and businesses look like a million bucks.

 

  • Create beautiful, custom displays with high attention to detail for holiday lighting, landscape/patio lighting, wedding/event lighting, and permanent lighting services throughout the year

  • Arrive promptly and contribute to a productive, supportive, and positive atmosphere with a top performing team

  • Perform duties with the highest standards for safety, efficiency, and aesthetics on every project

  • Demonstrate respectful and proper use of company equipment and materials

You’re quick on your feet and skilled with your hands – moving through physical tasks with speed and agility. Roofs and ladders are your playground, and you tackle heights like a champ and enjoy being outdoors. Your “get it done” approach is equally balanced with a respect for the art of your craft and pride in the final product. You thrive as part of a team where your contributions are key to the success of a project. You have a solid set of top-notch skills but are also willing and eager to learn new things.

Typical hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm. Some weekend work may be necessary from time to time for wedding and event lighting set ups with as much notice as possible for planning.

Crew Leader

ABOUT THE ROLE

Full-time, year-round position as a Crew Leader for our professional lighting installation team - making homes and businesses look like a million bucks.

•    Create beautiful, custom displays with high attention to detail for holiday lighting, landscape/patio lighting, wedding/event lighting, and permanent lighting services throughout the year
•    Lead and motivate one of our amazing teams while ensuring a productive, supportive, and positive atmosphere
•    Ensure the highest standards for safety, efficiency, and aesthetics on every project
•    Provide courteous communication and exceptional service as you interact with customers and ensure proper care of their property
•    Demonstrate respectful and proper use of company equipment and materials

Warehouse Associate

Full-time or part time position assembling lighting orders in our warehouse – play a key role in getting materials prepared for our installation team.

 

  • Assemble and disassemble custom orders with high attention to detail for holiday lighting, landscape/patio lighting, wedding/event lighting, and permanent lighting orders throughout the year

  • Arrive promptly and contribute to a productive, supportive, and positive atmosphere with a top performing team

  • Perform duties with the highest standards for efficiency, accuracy, and speed on every project

  • Demonstrate respectful and proper use of company property and materials

  • Assist in inventory management processes

High attention to detail, methodical organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks is your recipe for success. You’re ultra productive working solo but you enjoy engaging with your team and having fun while you work together. You thrive as part of a team where your contributions are key to the success of a project. Typical shifts are Mon-Fri with some flexibility to work around your schedule. Weekend work is not required, but may be available for the right candidate. One huge perk with this position is we have a lot of flexibility for time off around Christmas and New Year’s if desired.

Warehouse Manager

Full-time position managing our warehouse - providing structure and support to a small team of warehouse rockstars while simultaneously handling a high volume of orders daily.

 

  • Assemble and disassemble custom orders with high attention to detail for holiday lighting, landscape/patio lighting, wedding/event lighting, and permanent lighting orders throughout the year

  • Arrive promptly and contribute to a productive, supportive, and positive atmosphere with a top performing team

  • Perform duties with the highest standards for efficiency, accuracy, and speed on every project

  • Demonstrate respectful and proper use of company property and materials

  • Manage a team of 2-3 individuals in a fast-paced environment
